Musicians for Events

Tutti Music has a large database of instrumentalists and singers who between them cover a range of musical styles. Most of our musicians are classically trained, having graduated from Music Conservatoires. They have a wealth of experience performing as soloists and within ensembles and are expert in putting together musical programmes for particular events.

When choosing musicians for your event it’s important to consider whether you’re looking for classical music, jazz, or pop, or perhaps a mixture. It’s also important to think about the context of the music – is it as a focal point during the ceremony? Or background during a meal? And of course budget is a factor. Groups usually cost more than solo artists, however they can be a better option for a particular event. Below are some examples of the musicians and groups we offer.

Singers

Our singers cover a range of styles, from beautiful opera arias, to jazz standards to pop ballads. Our classically trained singers can perform solo or in small groups – we can even put together a choir! Our Jazz/Pop singers perform solo or with a jazz ensemble. Most singers would require as a minimum a pianist to accompany.

Woodwind

Flutes, Clarinet, Bassoons, Oboes… Woodwind ensembles and soloists offer a rich musical tone and a wide range of repertoire. Our ‘Reed Trios’ (Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon) are very popular. They provide an exciting alternative to a string quartet.

String Ensembles

String Quartets are incredibly versatile and can create the perfect atmosphere for any event. Our quartets perform beautiful classical pieces alongside arrangements of jazz and pop standards. String trios or duets also provide a lovely sound and represent options for a range of budgets. For the more adventurous we’ve also got a Double Bass Quartet – Your guests will never have seen anything like that before!

Jazz Ensembles

Jazz quartets generally comprise drums, double bass, keyboard and singer/trumpet/sax. A trio might make do without the drums or bass. Either format sounds great! Our Jazz ensembles perform sophisticated jazz standards alongside more upbeat pieces. We have a number of Jazz vocalists who can also perform alongside these groups.

Solo Piano / Harp / Guitar

Sometimes a solo performer is exactly what’s required, either for the size of venue, the atmosphere, or even the budget. We have a number of highly talented pianists and other musicians who can plan set lists for any event.

Wedding Bands

An evening do is not complete without a Wedding Band! A DJ can do a fantastic job but it’s hard to match the excitement of a live singer and band, belting out soul and pop classics! We have links to a number of weddings bands and are also happy to offer suggestions for other quality providers.

Prices

The cost of live music depends on the number of musicians, the length of event and to some extent travel distances.
We are committed to offering excellent quality and value – please do get in contact to talk through options.
