Corporate training

We believe in the power of music.

We know that high quality music activities provide unforgetable experiences as well as new insights into teamwork, collaboration and leadership. We support organisations to use music to unlock the potential of their staff.

Tutti Music provides a range of music-based training, with two key aims:

  • To address teambuilding, collaboration and leadership topics through a practical, experiential approach.

What type of activities do we offer?

Our activities involve groups making music together, led by one of our specialist music leaders. Many sessions start with delegates facing an individual and group challenge, perhaps with some uncertainty of whether they can overcome it. All of our sessions end with a musical performance that sounds fantastic and is a powerful example of what can be achieved through teamwork.

How long do sessions last?

A session can be anything from 30 minutes to a full day. Shorter activities are great to energize and enthuse large numbers of people. Longer sessions give more opportunity to explore themes such teamwork, leadership and creativity. We work with clients to agree what can be achieved within a set timeframe.

What are the ‘Learning Outcomes’?

We discuss with clients the role of the music activity within the conference or event as a whole. From this we can agree specific aims and areas to address through the workshop. It is possible to explore a wide range of business themes through music, however some of the most powerful learning outcomes are:

  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Self-confidence
  • Leadership
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Flexibility and coping with new challenges
  • Trust
